Cajun Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients
  • 36 g (4 Tbsp) garlic powder
  • 27.6 g (4 Tbsp) paprika
  • 30 g (2 Tbsp) kosher salt
  • 8 g (4 tsp) cayenne
  • 4 g (4 tsp) dried oregano
  • 4 g (4 tsp) dried thyme
  • 2.4 g (4 tsp) onion powder
  • 1.2 g (2 tsp) crushed red pepper
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients [36 g (4 Tbsp) garlic powder, 27.6 g (4 Tbsp) paprika, 30 g (2 Tbsp) kosher salt, 8 g (4 tsp) cayenne, 4 g (4 tsp) dried oregano, 4 g (4 tsp) dried thyme, 2.4 g (4 tsp) onion powder, and 1.2 g (2 tsp) crushed red pepper] together in an airtight spice jar.
  2. Shake well to blend before each use.
